| Help facilitate focus, memory, and assorted good stuff. Now, I was given a bottle of some suppliment that basically included it, and other vitamins, minerals, herbs, whatnots to help with focus/memory. The supplement is to be taken first thing in the morning. I've never taken it. Why? I never remembered to take it. ... these supplements suck. | | |
